Data Deletion Request

Delete Your Account & Data

You have the right to request deletion of your personal data under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (DPDPA). We will process your request within 30 days.

Before you request deletion

  • You can also delete your account directly in the Hibnus Find app via Profile → Privacy → Delete Account.
  • Your account is deactivated as soon as the deletion is processed: you are signed out and your profile is hidden. You can ask us to restore it within 30 days.
  • After 30 days it is permanently deleted, with your profile, services, bookings, orders, reviews, saved addresses, notifications and verification records. This cannot be undone.
  • Chat messages and uploaded files (ID documents, photos) are not removed automatically — mention them in your request and we will delete them.
  • Open bookings and undelivered orders will be cancelled, and the other party will be notified.
